How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items ship within 2-3 business days. Made-to-order pieces and personalized jewelry typically require 4-6 weeks for production before shipping.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns on most unworn, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom designs, engraved pieces, and sized rings are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide via insured international carriers. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for a seamless delivery experience.
Can I resize my ring after purchase?
We offer one complimentary resizing for most standard ring styles within 60 days of purchase. Some eternity bands and intricate settings cannot be resized.
Are your diamonds ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We only work with trusted suppliers who adhere to the Kimberley Process, ensuring all our diamonds are conflict-free and ethically mined.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Every Ring Concierge piece comes with a limited lifetime manufacturing warranty. This covers any structural defects but does not include normal wear and tear or loss.
