At Ring Concierge, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on eligible fine jewelry within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select your return reason.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a pre-paid FedEx shipping label will be generated; please note that a $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your jewelry in its original packaging, including all certificates and gift boxes, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized FedEx location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
